Our Safeguarding Policy States

Children are encouraged to use the internet as much as is possible but at all times in a safe way. Parents are asked to give permission for their children to use the internet on entry to the school. Parents must sign an appropriate usage form to ensure that they understand the risks and sanctions relating to misuse of the system in and beyond the school. If staff know of misuse, either by a teacher, staff member, volunteer or child, the issue must be reported to the Headteacher without delay.  Responsibility for all safeguarding and child protection matters, other than safer recruitment, is delegated by United Learning's Designated Senior Person to the Headteacher, Emma Sykes.

How To Make A Bully (From Scratch) - Video for parents

Bullying is one of the most misunderstood features of behaviour. Bullies are created by a specific life-path we can reroute at any stage when we know the road signs to look for along the way.
This video supports parents to understand the concept of bullying and also support them to help their child to deal with issues they may have. A crucial element is helping children to feel valued as well as connected to the people around them.
